Adult Day Care
Rural Economic Assistance League, Inc. (REAL Inc.) has a contract with the Department of Human Services and is licensed by the Department of Health to provide daily activity health services to SSI or income eligible participants. To qualify, persons must have functional limitations that requires some type of therapy through a doctor’s order.
At our Adult Day Care Centers we provide recreation, transportation, well balanced meals planned by a dietician, snacks, and an LVN for support on site, etc.
